Tammy is professional and makes sure the Lindsay name is conveyed as a premier service center. To be direct, she is the ONLY reason I continue to do business with Lindsay Lexus. I have experienced several unpleasant situations and she does her best to try to have things result with a better outcome. However, at some point I will say enough is enough. The service center is not always a professional area and one is not treated with courtesy. Actually, based on my experience there in late December I expressed I could not purchase my new car from Lindsay; Sheehy Lexus in Annapolis is where I will go to make my purchase this year. If all of your employees treated their customers like Tammy treats hers, I am betting you would receive numerous awards from Lexus. Tammy is a star!

The service was excellent
Tammy Simone is very knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. I believe and trust that she has my best interest in mind. My car is older and she informs me of upcoming service, in effort to financially help me prepare for it. She is always pleasant which makes it easy to talk to her.
