Patrick is the only reason I will come back to Lindsay Chevrolet. After working a deal on a new truck last night your general sales manager changed the deal at the last minute then ripped the deal up in my face when I said that is not what we agreed to. I had decided once I got my truck back that was it. I would never take my truck or my business back to Lindsay. Patrick was professional and friendly woth me and changed my mind about the service department there. He is an asset to that business when everyone else seems like a snake!!!

From the time I pulled up to the garage door the gentleman inside the garage to the service center to other associates I ran into inside the building I experienced nothing but professionalism Special thanks to Patrick he kept me informed his word was solid and the experience was first class special thanks to the whole Lindsay team not to mention my visit with Garland ????

I brought my car in over a month ago because of my check engine light was on. The first time I brought it I was told there was nothing could be done because the light went off. The advisor told me to bring the car straight back to the dealership without turning it off the next time it came on to be diagnosed. The next time it came on was around 6:30pm and I went straight to the dealership as I was told but this time was told nothing could be done because the mechanics had left even though the service department stays open until 7pm. Thankfully (I guess) the light was still on the next morning and I brought my car back to the shop for the 3rd time. The advisor told me that my car needed a part that would take about a week to come in (this was on Feb 7). The dealership didn’t have any loaner cars so I couldn’t leave my car at the shop that long. The advisor told me I could pick up my car and he would call me when the part was in, which I did. About a week I later I followed up with the advisor and was told the part was on backorder. I still have not been contacted by the advisor for any additonal updates. My light has come back on since I was last at the dealership. I have reached out to the advisor several times by email and tried calling but haven’t heard anything about the part. I would appreciate more communication regarding the issue without me having to constantly be the one to reach out to the advisor.
