Once again the Staff of Service Advisors at Lindsay has done a magnificent job. Although it was routine service such as Vehicle Inspection I was in and out in a jiffy. Lindsay Chevrolet has seemed to have step up their game. Especially given the fact that Lindsay sells vehicle of a broad range of value from the expensive ZR1 to a family SUV. I've observed the staff treat everyone as a valued customer and friendly. I highly recommend Lindsey's service department to others and thank Service Advisor Jay Tippett Jr. for his guidance related to my vehicle's up keep and his cordial relationship that keeps me returning to Lindsey Chevrolet. Thanks to all the Staff as well!

My girlfriend went for me today and said they didn’t know why she was there when I clearly made a service appointment the day before. I had a maintenance appointment before at Bonin Chevrolet in mannasas but this location was closer to home and more convenient but I will not be doing service here again because the service person. I will write the dialogue conversation between her and sales person.
Service person: what are you here for?
My girlfriend: I think service appointment this is my boyfriends car he made an appointment for his car.
Service person: ok well at 45,000 miles you need a new transmission for $600 are you gonna get that today?
My girlfriend: no I didn’t know that I won’t get that today
Service person: ok so what are you here for (condescending tone)
My girlfriend: my boyfriend (me) made an appointment and spoke to you yesterday about what he needed his oil is low and I think tire rotation.
Service person: ok
Also in the waiting room a man I think a upgrade manager was walking and asked everyone if they were looking for an upgrade and not her. She said she felt singled out. Lastly, if he would’ve asked she would have said yes and had me come because I am looking to trade in but I will do so at Bonnie Chevrolet instead.
Keep up the good work. Remember always have parking out front for prospective buyers. Nothing pisses me off more when I go to buy a vehicle and I can’t even park. Thanks again!!
