Chad Larson is the best service manager my truck had an oil change and alignment and he did it no problem it came out excellent I take my car and my truck there for all my services go see Chad Lawson if you have any problems with your car he'll take great care of you

It's cheaper to have the oil changed elsewhere but your service is number one. You checked out the whole explorer and found a nail in my tire. It could have been a big problem because we were taking a trip the next day. Great job. Money well spent.

When picking up my car I had to wait an hour for the person who had my key to come back from lunch because they did not put them on the 'board'. Obviously everyone said sorry but still not acceptable-perhaps have a better system in place so this doesn't happen again??
