I brought my car (Ford Ranger) in first thing Friday morning. Heard nothing until Tuesday of the following week. Didn’t get my truck back until Thursday. I had to repeat several times the issues I was having, including sending the service adviser a third party picture of a damaged warrantied part. When I picked up my truck no one spoke to me about anything that was done. The sounds coming from my rear axle are still there despite supposedly replacing a damaged CV axle valve. I fear more is wrong with my drive train. I’ll NEVER use your dealership again for service or purchasing another vehicle.
