When I checked in at 0900 I relayed to the service advisor I needed a normal service and my windshield rubber was starting to peel at the bottom center. He said he would check to see if the part was present and he would contact me when he knew. The service would take between a hour to a hour and a half so I had my wife pick me up. Jump to 2PM and hadn’t heard nothing with the exception of a 11Am text saying I was in good hands and that I will be notified when done. So at 2PM we go to the service department and I go to the desk and was informed my vehicle was done. Was never notified. Also my windshield rubber was never reported on my check in sheet. The receipt/report was printed at 10AM! Went without my vehicle all day.

The work was done properly. Mike is very friendly and very professional. Due a shortage of mechanics, the work took several days longer than expected. I am satisfied and will continue to use Ken Grody Ford to service my Ford Edge .
