You didn't honor the appointment I made. I scheduled a service appointment for 9am on a Thursday and you didn't even look at our car until the following day. Completely unacceptable.

Perhaps the best buying experience I have ever had. Jimmy Ceballos was fantastic as a knowledgeable and straightforward, honest, patient, sales rep. Ryan Casper in Finance was also very knowledgeable and honest. Jim Shorter was very helpful in parts/accessories and Chad was very helpful in service. Everyone was very courteous, low pressure, caring and honest. And my F150 Lightening is incredible!

My car was damaged while in the possession of the dealership. It was reported at the time and l was told that they would review the video. I have not heard anything back. I did text Mike but have still not heard anything.
