Dropoff went fine and staff was friendly. At pickup after paying for the bill I had to wait over 20 minutes for my car. Then I went and asked the cashier again and then I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my car. I don't understand why it takes so long to get the car and I had to be somewhere and this was a bit of an inconvenience.

Chad Larson and his team are the best! They always take such good care of my car, and are very thorough! I took my car in for regular maintenance, and they found a coolant leak. Chad was so helpful in getting me a rental, so they could fix the leak. As long as Chad and his team are here, I will always be taking my car here!

All good. Service person was awesome. However it took 15+ minutes to get my truck after paying. In that time over 30 employees walked by me, some multiple times, and nobody inquired as to why I was standing there so long. I finally went back to the cashier and asked her to call for my vehicle again.

Mike Mills is an absolute asset to KG Ford. I came in without notice to get an oil change and Mike said, “no problem!” and then got me back on the road in just over an hour. I’ve been coming here for 25 years with my Fords (purchased 4 through your dealership) and will continue to come! Thank you!
