Chad is great to work with. He was very responsive once the vehicle was dropped off and even though there was some lot damage to the drivers side door, he helped quickly resolve the issue in a satisfactory way. In my business we can't be without the vehicle for long and he made sure that we had minimal down time. Thanks Chad and Ken Grody team!

I would have liked to see, on the bill statements pad description, the dimension of the brake pads at the beginning of its use, for comparison of the 3mm number at end of pad use as recommended by service employees. I will call the Service department (or Parts department, maybe) tomorrow for that number.

Service was scheduled for my pre-paid 100K service, at drop off re-confirmed vehicle would be available same day. After a couple hours got a call vehicle would not be ready, and that the necessary 100K service was unknown. When requesting to discuss situation with management, no one was made available. Had to retrieve my vehicle without the appropriate service completed. Service advisor made no effort to remedy the issue and made no effort for my request to discuss with management. You’ve lost my future business.
