Chad Larson at Ken Grody Ford was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and seems to understand what real customer service means! This is so rare nowadays and I appreciate such great service. My car is running so much better now, and I’m so glad I had a representative who made it happen. I initially came in for service, and there was a little confusion about my warranty. I had to figure out my warranty situation and reschedule the appointment so not to be charged. Fast forward a week later, I was able to find my warranty documents. It also took a little added effort on Chads side to figure out my warranty coverage, and make sure it was processed. He never expressed any aggravation or impatience. Instead, he went the extra mile and was friendly too! Amazing! I’m so appreciative!!

Was really in a pinch with that flat tire going out. Mike came through, was understanding and communicative, clear and easy to work with. Gave a trustworthy assessment. Under promised and over delivered. Clear expectations would have also been good. Carlsbad is way out of my way and I ended up wandering around while I waited for a 3pm delivery. It was ready by 1100am.

The overall service was excellent. The only negative is the cost of replacing the windshield wipers. $60 is outrageous. If I would have known the cost I wouldn’t have had that part of the service completed. I could have gone to a auto parts store and them and they would have installed them for free for half the cost that you charged. You could than that. Just saying.
