Had it serviced and no problem until a few days later. Engine was shaking and found 4 loose screws by the motor. Towed it back to you. Chad called and said it was ready to go BUT HAD NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED. It remains a mystery. I think I should be reimbursed for the service charge. This was definitely an inconvenience.

Had a 9:00 am appointment for oil change. Arrived at 8:40, I waited and service finished and billed paid at 10:20, car finally brought out at 10:45. I had a coupon for $46.95. Bill should have been $51.99, instead first tried to charge $58.66, until I reminded cashier I had the 46.95 coupon, so she knocked off $5. I knew she still overcharged but no big deal only a $1.57 overcharge, but it was a lesson learned. If Grody cheats on the small items, it will cheat even more on the large items. Lesson: do not buy my next Ford from Grody. Note: The service advisor was very nice.

Resolution to my issue is taking too long, no follow up. When I first completed the survey regarding my roof, I was contacted by Paloma to find a resolution and asked to update my surelvey to a positive response and was assured the issue would get resolved. I updated my survey response positively, and still have not had the issue resolved. This was over 2 months ago

I asked flor and paid for Micheline tires but when I got home I looked at them closely and you put cheap Hankook tires on my car. I am VERY unhappy!

My car door needs to be fixed regardless of my warranty expired. It is a manufacturer defect and not safe! They said there was nothing they can do but if they wanted to fix it, let could. I have bought 3 cars there I will stop buying ford's if this is how they treat a hood customer.

Mike was on vacation. Whoever took my service request in his place did't bother to check my history and gave me non-synthetic oil. Since I have been having yearly oil changes because of low mileage this will not work for me. This is the first time that I have been unhappy with your service since 1981...
