The work they did to the transmission so far is great and its working but When we showed up to pick up our Expedition, we noticed that there were scratches and chips all the way down to the primer!!! We are irritated and disheartened to say the least. When we brought it to one of the employees attention, she and i quote said “you can come back tomorrow w and speak with Chad, but they don’t look that bad”. Is that how your service reps are trained to speak to customers? Because when we dropped off our car to the ford in Vista (North County Ford) we were treated with a lot more respect and our vehicle didn’t have a single scratch or paint chip. They took care of our vehicle. We will not be returning here ever again for ANY services.

First, i love the employees at KG Ford Carlsbad. I brought my F150 platinum in for my first oil change. The appointment was for 9:00 am, I was 10 minutes early, 40 miles from my house in Laguna Niguel. I couldn’t even pull into the lot for 15 minutes. The line was backed up on the street. The dealership needs some major changes to be on the same level with other dealerships. I spent $25.00 in gas for the 80 mile round trip to KG Ford. Until major changes are made I will bring my Platinum to Rancho Santa Margarita Ford for recalls and service. I understand that the building was built in 1969 but major changes are needed.
