Chad Larson is the best tech Ford has! He is professional, thorough and cares about the Ford brand. He should be promoted and given charge of hiring staf in his department. Ford has already lost too much money with this silly electric car that is underperforming and is a Chinese rue.

Chad is the best. Always addresses my concerns. Well except the ghost. The sensors still go off randomly even after being changed. Very annoying to be in the middle of nowhere with nothing around and have my car alert me to a crash/object. Chad continues to look for solutions but it still has an issue. Other than that issue Chad takes car of my vehicles needs!
