Mike was great. However, the parts were not available for the recall repair. The truck was at Ford for a week, but parts are not here till end of Aug. I'm lucky to have another vehicle. Again, Mike was fine.

Would've been nice to get the vehicle back with at least a spray down. Receiving it back completely covered in dust was a little upsetting.

Mike is a wonderful man for the job, and he has Always Done a Great Job. My concern is that he is being asked to do TOO MUCH, and the "system " is not in place to support his efforts.
