Your drop off process is ridiculous. It takes so long, 25 minutes this time. Cars are back to the street because cars don’t get moved for a very long time. There is zero urgency to check customers in. I used to have a Toyota and they check in many more cars and I’d wait about 5 minutes. Each time I’ve come to Ford, the wait is so long. Then picking up is not much better. This time it took 15 minutes for my car to be brought up. A guy who came several minutes after me got his car first. I have to bring my car back for a recall and have to leave it for 1.5-2 weeks and I’m dreading it because of the drop off process. Check in a car, move it. Check in the next, move it. And then when a customer is told the car is ready and they return for pick up, get the car up within 5 minutes. Please.

your service department needs a lot of help from the owners of the company. the space is too small the time line to repair a car to too long. Kurt, Alex or Ken grody need to get a larger service department. this is to help your company in a productive way!

I Really never cared for ford service , they were quick with you a the did not explain you problem so with the truck. Then I met Mike Mills, He was friendly an had time to explain the problem I had with my truck .I felt that Mike was honestly interested in helping me and went out of his way to help me with my service.
