Chad was great. I have a feeling based on what I witnessed that your entire service department is overwhelmed. There was no organization or order or communication. Chad had to walk back to find out what the status was. There is no communication about what is specifically going to be done, where I can wait at, no order to drive/line to wait for an attendant/advisor. No review of what was done afterwards. Then I had brought up an issue that required another department which couldn’t be done same day. It was never to be brought up again or said let’s schedule another appointment for that date. The text notifications I received were 1: right after making the appointment which I couldn’t do through the My Ford app. 2. Was exactly at the time the appointment started and said it was my reminder. 3. Letting me the vehicle was ready (when I already had possession. 4. Then 5 hours later letting me know my car was in good hands and will let me know when my car is ready. So as far as you text communication goes you still have my vehicle. Then I received 2 follow up phone calls (left voicemails) to see how my service was and I didn’t answer because the Caller Name ID says “Ramy Gabrohd” or something like that instead of Ken Grody Ford. I called Adaline back and gave her feedback as well. I also received my vehicle back with not only my seat adjusted which I can understand but also adjusted my steering wheel which was super annoying on top of everything else. I will be hard pressed to bring any service back considering what I experienced and witnessed. Plus I had a 7AM appointment.

Chad was great. No hassle and worked to get me taken care of quickly. My only area for improvement related to my whole experience is getting in touch with the service department and making an appointment. I had to call multiple times and leave multiple messages over several days before I received a call back, approximately 1 week from my initial call to a call back. This is an area that needs improvement. I understand everyone is busy but why leave a message for a call back if no one calls you back? I’m not certain that if I hadn’t called multiple times I would have ever received a call back.

My service Advisor indicated that my service was completed covered under my current service warranty. I needed my break service and replaced. It was sqeaking.
