You had my car for 22 days..thats just beyond my beliefsof any car repair.you told me that a part of my service was under ford fac warrenty then charged me over two hundred dollars for it.im not happy.and this is the second car i have bought from you.

Always a Great enthusiastic crew in the Service Department. Very fun, energetic & knowledgeable. I love waiting in the waiting room, viewing the newer cars on the showcase and watching tv & eating the old kettle popcorn. ????

I had a auto butler & oil change scheduled for Wednesday. I told the call center person I needed To speak with Someone from auto butler on Tuesday. He insisted he can schedule both. got there, no auto butler appt, only oil change. Could not fit me in for auto butler until Monday, I took time off from work. This is the 3rd service mishap in 3 years- customer service going down. MYRA J

When I came in on Tuesday to have new tires and a wheel alignment done they started and and got the wrong size tires so had to come back the next day when they had the right ones.

Tiffani Tonnies, my service advisor is just the best. She always has a smile and never fails to give you her undivided attention. She always takes the time to explain in detail the problem with my SUV and always seems to get the problems solved in a very timely manner. I always trust her opinions and recommendations. She's a keeper! Just hope she stays around for a long time.

The inside of the car looked awful. I know Autobutler is a paint protection program, but I could obviously tell a shop vac had been drug over part of my carpet. Some kind of spray was used because my passenger side had spots all over it. Looked like oil. For our business and what we paid for our vehicle, they could have made things look nicer. It just looked sloppily done. I’m having it detailed tomorrow and part of the work is to get the spots off. Very disappointed.
