Always always have excellent service. Question: in the past when I would pick up my car you had a quick wash done to my vehicle. The last several times there was no wash. Have you stopped providing that as a complimentary service? Thank you.

Took too long. Was told by Dade the mechanic felt the bad strut/mount I mentioned and would talk to manager, who was conveniently on vacation, about replacing my bad strut mounts...never called me back. Considering cancelling my warranty and using the money for service.
