I bought my car on a Wednesday and it was in the Auffenberg shop on Friday because of an engine light warning. Picked it up on Monday and the engine light was back on Tuesday night. Issue isn’t fixed.

My Ford Fusion went through Auto Butler and it was “shiny” and ready to roll when we picked it up!!!!
I made an appointment but had to wait an extended period of time due to the service department being short staffed. I should have been alerted after 90 minutes on what was happening, instead I had to ask and was told one employee was in the hospital, one was off getting married and others were at lunch, even though by this time it was 2:30. Totally unacceptable.
They took me in early and had my car serviced in less than an hour I’m alwYs pleased anytime I come in for service...
I thought it was extremely costly, just because my air bag light had a blown fuse. I assume all is fixed, but I felt taken advantage of. I am a widow and have to believe in what I am told. I hope that is not the case.

It was an AutoButler appointment for my Ford Fusion.
They could have done a better job cleaning the outside bug marks and smudges.
It appeared they just waxed the car and that was it. Putting “tire black “ on tires and wiping off the wheels would have made sense to me.
Probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Dade was exceptional in his customer service skills. Very pleasant young man.
