Dade was awesome when I brought my truck in for a check engine light, he explained everything to me, told me what to expect and how much it would cost got my oil changed and had my truck back in no time ????kudos to Dade and Auffenburg ????

Took my car in about a month or two ago to get my transmission and coolant exchanged. Dropped my car off and did not receive any call when it was close to closing time over 4 hours later. I go up there to check on the status and was told the machine wasn’t working to exchange the fluids. Why I didn’t receive a call earlier to let me know my car couldn’t be serviced is beyond me. I was told they would keep my ticket open and would call me when the machine was fixed so I could bring my car back in. For the inconvenience I was offered 10% off when I came back in. I never received a call and almost 2 months later I get an email saying my car is ready for pick up and I got this email for this survey. Guess my ticket was finally closed out even though service never occurred. No follow up calls or anything. I understand machines break but you lost business because there was no follow up or follow through.

I have an appointment at 10:30 which I arrived early for. The problem was back left tire kept losing air, I purchased the tires from your company may 2016 4 new Yokohama. Your staff took over an hour and a half. This job should’ve took 20 minutes 30 minutes at the most. After I left at 12:10 I had to come back because I left my leather jacket.Tiffany put new office agter calling me and asked me if it was mine . On the way back My truck was pulling a little bit to the left so when I got out of my truck I noticed the front left tire was low on air. They got an air gauge & it was 5 pounds low . I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon but I must thank Tiffany for my leather jacket .

I contacted the service department at 10:45 to check the status of my vehicle. I was told it was ready for pick up. When I arrived I was left waiting for 2 hours while the lady in the cashier department was anything but helpful on the situation, who I also believe told me my truck was ready for pick up. Very frustrating considering having to work the night before and the night after and not being able to go home and rest, instead left walking around your lot looking for my vehicle to check the status of it. When I did locate your detail shop no one inside asked if I needed help or what I was doing they only looked and walked past me.

My service advisor Dade was very educated in explaining what was happening to my car and what parts needed and days to repair. The only downfall I couldn’t use all my points toward my balance due. I thank you all for being very polite. Kudos!
