I usually get my service done in Ofallon but switched to your belleville store for my husband's convenience. While the oil change was good, no extras were performed. The Ofallon service department usually washes my car, uses paper floor mats for protection, and sometimes vacuums/cleans the inside. I was just disappointed those extras weren't done. It made me miss the Ofallon service department. Kim Miller

Appreciated how Tiffany listened and contacted me about getting a part elsewhere. Asking if I needed my vehicle at prescribed time or be willing to pick it up later. Thanks for the alert so I could make other plans and appreciate the great service I always get there!

You have a great team here at Auffenberg Ford Belleville. This is why I will never go to another Ford dealership even the OFallon location. You cannot beat the team you have here. Everyone from customer service, sales, mechanics and everyone in between.
