First I went to Fairview Heights Auffenberg, they were short handed. I then was asked to go to Belleville. Dade was wonderful. He knew my time was short and he made sure I was in and out in a timely manner. Kudos to Dade.
The work done on the truck was great . They were quick to get me in loaner vehicle until parts were ordered and installed. In the interim of the repair process I am aware your service mgr had family emergency. That being said I feel that there was no communication with me to let me know of an additional part that needed to be ordered and replaced extending the length of time having the truck. I had to call to get updates. I appreciate all of their attention to making the repairs and am satisfied with the work done. Only other comment would be when I went to pick up our truck ,I was directed to cashier window to drop off keys to loaner and sign for receipt of my truck.At that point no one came out to do return walk thru on loaner with me or to do walk thru on my truck as to what all they had done with it. This was at 445 pm and service check in bays had no customers. Once again I do feel satisfied with all the work completed. Communication and interaction could have been better. I would still recommend Auffenberg to others. Thank you. Michael Spink

The men and women in the Service department at the Belleville location are some of the most friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, considerate individuals I’ve ever had contact with!!! They are a great team. It raises no question of whether or not I will use that Auffenberg location again when the need arises. Thank you ALL so much for making us feel like servicing MY Ford was your #1 priority!!

Dade is great on intake and a great face for the Service Department. . Customer lounge is a great addition.
Dade was super in all phone contact. We had been to another business to have key made & it was the wrong one. First time driver was thrilled to get his own key!

The ones applying the auto butler did a fantastic and quick job. Charlie Kohler made sure to check in as well. The only complaint was the hassle it took to get an appointment to have the auto Butler applied. Was not impressed by Kimberly not getting appointment scheduled. After calling the manager , he made sure to get it all scheduled.
