Had to wait a week to get an appointment foroil change/tire rotate/ticking sound resolved. When I showed for appointment, they said they don’t have a tech to troubleshoot the ticking....after a whole week wait they still couldn’t work on vehicle. Had the oil and tire rotate done since I needed that too and tech said it would only take 1 to 1/2 hrs. Needless to say it took 2 hrs. Very poorly managed. If tech was three days behind, they should have called me to reschedule. Poor customer service. I will look for alternative location to service my vehicle. Very disappointing after 3 vehicles and 15 years of going to this location.

Completed in approx 1 hour. Still too long for an oil change in my opinion. It appears that the department always over books appointments but that seems to be the standard nowadays.

The Service Department employees were courteous. They managed my expectations in reference to the Auto Butler service,and coordinated my oil change and tire rotation so that I could combine visits. The truck looked great!

I was able to just walk in and be waited on right away. They were able to fix my car that day. In fact I was told it would be about 2 hours. I was happy with that. I waited in the waiting room . In less than an hour they came to get me to let me know my car was done. Wow !! Thanks for the great service.

Service took two days to complete scope of work (nearly a 3rd). In addition the rental experience thru Enterprise offered good service but were not flexible in their rental options. I was stuck with a Ford Fiesta as they stated they must put me into a Ford based on instructions from the dealership. This was the worst rental vehicle I’ve ever had. I will not be going back to them or Ford for service in the future if this policy stands firm.

After driving my last MKZ and my wife still having a MKZ, neither transmission shift as poorly as this one. They say it’s normal. Very irritating. The noise in the dashboard is the blend door or doors and they say it’s the plastic which never did make this noise until a month ago. My wife has a MKZ no noise and the one that was traded for the current one, no problem.
