Let me start off by saying that when I finally did receive service ony vehicle I was totally satisfied, it was what led up to my second attempt at scheduling service that left a bad taste in my mouth. My original appt was canceled by me when I arrived due to the service dept running behind schedule. The service rep, Akex, was asked to reschedule my appt which he did not. I contacted you via online chat at least 4 times with a guarantee that someone would contact me. Finally happened after last contact attempt. My guess is nothing was done. I do want to thank Justin who assisted me when service was finally provided

The service man was really rude acted as if he had an attitude, when i told him I would find some one else to complete the other repairs I needed done to my vehicle. I had to ask for a next visit/ mileage sticker.

Had an appointment for 2 p.m. on Monday 9 July and was at the dealership for 4 hours. I didn't get out of the dealership until 6 pm and one of my wheels has a nick. The service tech took a picture and but I haven't heard anything back.

The car was looked at. It was never fixed. You needed to fix the matter with Ford car service center. The app for the car phone was cancelled by Ford it needed to be reinstalled by Ford. It was never fixed as it never was reinstalled and then updated by you. You cannot claim you fixed the matter when it never was fixed by you. According to Ford service online most cars will have this problem. They will need to be reinstalled and updated.

“Not to mention, each time you visit our Service Center, your call will receive a comprehensive vehicle inspection along with a complementary car wash!“ This was copied from your website. I have yet to receive the forementioned car wash at any of my oil changes most recently being 7/11/18. I’m not sure why the website makes that claim if that is not what seems to be your policy. Previous to purchasing a vehicle at your Ford dealership I had a Toyota and every time I had service at the dealership my vehicle was washed.

I really appreciate that the service was a pleasant experience. I didnt expect it to be so fast. I feel safe driving my truck now. Also I love the fact that the team got straight to the matter of the problem n fixed it as opposed to excessive charges for repairs that may be unnecessary.

I signed up for the full synthetic oil add on to my maintenance plan on my previous visit and was told they marked the system so that each time I bring it back they’ll know to use full synthetic. My service advisor when asked if synthetic was being used he said no and then said he can’t check every vehicles records for what oil to use....REALLY?!?!! Jiffy lube does...seems simple enough to me. He followed that up with making excuses as to why he isn’t responsible for that...needless to say I’m quite disappointed.
