Was told i needed a brake fluid exchange, but my paper was checked good for brake fluid! AND the ratings for something else were in the yellow but checked green. Do we pay attention to what were doing? Should i trust these people with my car?

After my oil change was completed...I drove home, cut my car off and went into the house for and half an hour and started my car and a huge amount of blue smoke came out of my tail pipes. I checked the oil and it’s oil in the car. No sample ever came out my tail pipes,let alone blue smoke. Then I move the car out of drive way and that’s when I noticed the oil leak out the concrete. I never had any oil leak in my car. I just bought the car 3 months ago from Auffenberg ford in O’Fallon. Now I’m gonna have to miss work to take car back to shop.

I'm pretty sure your service department goes out of their way to inconvenience me. 6:50 PM I get a call confirming that my car is done. Right as I'm sitting down for dinner with my fiancee's family. The Guy said he called and left a message earlier. That didn't happen. I have a $90 ticket I need to pay, but they close at 7... and apparently no one in sales can operate a service computer to process my ticket. Cant go in the next day for the car because my badge for work is in it. Last oil change I stood for an hour just to get my keys and leave. That's 2 bad trips in a row, for just an oil change. There are ford dealers everywhere, there are oil changes everywhere. And when I come in service wants to sell me extra maitainance? YALL CANT EVEN HANDLE AN OIL CHANGE AND CALL ME WHEN ITS DONE EVEN THOUGH I LEAVE IT WITH YOU ALL DAY!
