Had a 1030 appointment I was still there for a hour and haff. Thought it would be quicker. People were awesome the service was good but the wait stank.

When I purchased my vehicle, I was encouraged to purchase the extra maintenance plan giving free oil change and service. It was explianed to me that it would be cheaper than paying each time we came in. We were told because of the hybrid engine, each maintenance visit would be around $90. t made sense to buy it. My bill last night was under $35 (free to me). This doesnt make sense....
Seemed to take way too long for what we had done.
The only reason I was not satisfied was that I was disappointed my windshield fluid was not filled. I went to clean my windshield and it was empty. Otherwise I was completely satisfied. You guys are awesome. Thank you.

Took an excessive amount of time to complete. However, staff was very apologetic and courteous.

The car looks better than when it was new. The service employees were very professional but with a personal touch and attitude that was at the very least refreshing. The service desk attendant, Jen was so inviting. She was smiling before I even got out of my car and Justin was the same. He was also very helpful and with a great attitude. I truly felt like a valued customer. Ford is very lucky to have employees of this caliper. I only wish to be treated like this as a consumer everywhere But everywhere doesn’t have employees like Jen and Justin type of employees such as you. Thank you!!

Original service tech left work after signing in my vehicle. Didn't inform the service guys and they left paperwork on his desk. Thankfully another tech found it and helped me. Also my car wasn't washed when service was completed.
The guy that helped us was very nice. We didn't feel rushed with our questions or concerns. His name was Dakota, dont know his last name
