I was very surprised to find out that all of my rewards where gone. I had 3 oil changes and $640 in rewards that are now just gone without any warning. I went there because of the ability to earn rewards towards future service only to be cheated out of them.
Hopefully they fixed the problem, remains to be seen.
I was not satisfied on how they cleaned the battery cable. there was corrosion all over the new battery. I will finish the clean up myself.

My care while is was in the shop was great but less that 24 hours after getting my vehicle back the check engine light was back on. I am hoping to hear back from my service tech tomorrow morning.
Dakota was great to work with. The techs got the oil change done and maintenance work no problem. The second part of the auto butler gets workse and worse.
I think that is a separate business and i do not want that to affect the scores for dakota.
The only concern, when I scheduled appointment I was quoted for $39.95 for oil change and tire rotation. But then was told the tire rotation was no longer included in special price...

Lady that set up my recall appointment. She stated that it would be $4.95 per
More depending on how many I needed. I said that’s fine. When I came in for my
Appointment I was told that the special ended and it was not $59.95. Plus the additional quarts. I was surprised but I did it because I was already there.
You guys should’ve honored what your receptionist told me. Not very good customer service. So my first impression of Auffenburg Ford was not good!
I talked with Dakota, he almost had me talked into getting a diagnostic test on my 2016 Ford focus along with the possibility of having to rent a loaner car. When all that was wrong was a dead battery that was replaced for free due to it being time for my 1 year service plan. This option should have been given to me first. I'm glad I trusted my instincts and thought of that option myself. My battery was dead as a doornail. If you want to keep customers I suggest you try to advise them a little better instead of trying to gouge them. I won't buy my next car there, unlike my last 2.

It took a little longer than previous visits for just an oil change and 15min ac option. I thought 90min was excessive.

The particular problem that I had was a difficult one to diagnose and the mechanics were awesome for working so hard on it! Dakota (the guy I talked to at the counter) was absolutely amazing and knowledgable He described what the problem was thoroughly when they figured it out and answered my questions well! Wish I could make that service center my regular one.
