90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation was bad. I don't need contacted. Just a bit frustrating.

Justin helped put me at ease about the air induction service. From what I read I was concerned that it would harm the turbos or the catylitic converter. Thanks! John.

Dakota is definitely an asset for Ford. So polite, helpful. Keeping me informed f all updates as to what they were doing. Dakota is in service dept of Auffenberg Ford in O’Fallon Illinois I am definitely going to let Corp in Detroit know who Dakota is. All your employees could learn from him.

It would be nice if you did a quick car cleaning. I feel with the money spent it can't hurt to give a quick vacuum and a drive thru car washing. Jmo

Your staff is fantastic. I only had an oil change today but I was treated like a friend. Another great experience. I also love my Escape. I'm sure you hear it often but it's a great SUV
