Everything was great with the exception of things I noticed later. 1 my driver's seat was moved back and reclined back 2 my head lights were set to auto when I took it there and it was shut off when I got my vehicle back. 3 my steering wheel was completely down and it took several minutes for me to figure out how to put it back into place. I just expect my vehicle to be given back the same way I took it in and not have to fix several things. Thank you

I want to only be contacted by a service manager, if anyone. My service advisor was very happy to help me until I told him I did not want any aditional services with my oil change. At that time it seemed like a switch flipped. He become very short with me and very unwilling to help. Upon returning to pick up vehicle, normally a short conversation is had with my service advisor, however this time the only words that were spoken to me were "sign here and your done". With no other customers around this seemed rude. Then after returning home and inspecting my paperwork I saw that the mileage noted on my inspection report was more then 20 thousand miles over my actual mileage. This is going to get fixed when I go back for my next oil change, however this pisses me off! Not sure if the service advisors work on commission, regardless...if a customer doesn't want something, that does not allow a service advisor to act like a spoiled brat.

Lots of confusion on the rental car. Then rental car was not nice. Very cheap. Auto Butler is a waste of time and energy. They do a horrible and incomplete job. It’s not worth waiting 4+ hours or spending $30 for a rental to avoid the wait. Finger prints all over the doors, back leather seat not treated, windows full of streaks. Could barely see through the streaks on the way home. Had to redo the windows, wipe the doors clean, and treat the leather seats myself. Just not happy with service department, rental cars, or auto Butler. More of a stress and source of frustration than anything else.

I’m not really sure about the extra services I was “pressured “ to buy. $200+ worth of engine cleaning on a vehicle with 12k miles. I also asked about looking at a noise in the front end when I turn sharply and was told it could not be done because I didn’t mention it when I made the appointment. The implication on the extra service was that it would hurt my warranty if I did not do it. I like Nathan in the service area and would like to deal with him from now on.

Well, this is the 3rd time the service department tried to rip me off. This time, I brought my f250 in to have the passenger front u-joint replaced. Justin called me to explain that the diff needed torn apart because there is excessive play. Then he told me there isn't an issue with the u-joint. After arriving to the service department, justin was unable to show me the play in the diff. It was tight. However I was able to show him the loud audible noise by effortlessly moving the u-joint. Justin was shocked and started changing his story on the assessment of the vehicle. He tried to say it was a misunderstanding. In fact, this is the third time, this location has done this. In Nov 2017, they suggested I needed an entire engine. After I changed out a $50 rocker arm. The engine has been running great. Then the second time was an entire ac compressor, which was a leaking line. I would expect some feedback; but highly doubt I will get a response.

Justin and Jennifer and Kim in service are so awesome. We really appreciate Kenny Kent selling us our 4th vehicle from Ford that we are planning to pick up Friday. We love our Auffenberg Family including Mike in management and Shawn. S from financing as well as Travis from all state. We appreciate our service.

Early last week I attempted to schedule an oil change and was told to just walk in. When I walked in on Saturday morning I was told that the wait would probably be two hours. The reason that I wanted to schedule an appointment was to not have to wait for two hours.

I'd call and leave voice mails that were never returned. I talked with a female to finally get my truck in for service and she was nice enough to make me feel like I was bothering her. On a great note, Justin was awesome to deal with.
