My repair was completed quickly, everyone was super friendly, and my car is good as new. Thank you! PS- These surveys are really quite interesting when you think about it. Let’s say I’m an ****. I am always an ****. I take no breaks from being an ****. I hate puppies. I hate sunshine. I hate the beach. I am an ****. I come to your shop without an appointment. I snarl at your employees to fix my car in 2 hours or less. My credit card won’t work. I ask if I can pay you in turds. You politely decline. I get your survey. I blast you. I say you’re rude. Incompetent. Overpriced. A manager receives my response. Your employees are disciplined either with negative marks against their performance or a decrease in incentive. Or both. When nothing they could’ve possible done would have made me happy. In conclusion, you can’t fix assholes. You can’t make them happy. The only way to know how your employees are treating customers is by seeing them in action and trusting them to give the best customer experience possible. In 3 weeks, I’m leaving a “retail” job after 14 years and just had to get that off my chest. PPS- your employees were truly wonderful. No **** here.

Jennifer help me and I feel she did an excellent job. Also the person who worked on my car spoke to Jennifer about what he was finding after checking items I wanted checked. With both their help I really feel I got replacements and work that was much needed. Great job to both. This is why I always have brought my ford to worked on at the ford dealer and no one else

I went in for routine oil change and tire rotation (regular maintenance), and for the first time I was asked if I wanted to add this recommended additive. This would include some type of guarantee for my CMax engine. I was told that the scheduled work would cost about $50.00 and the additive would would raise that to about $100.00 or so. When I got the fee it was $140.00 and to be eligible for the quarantine, I need to use this additive every other oil change. If I had been told that in the first place, I wouldn’t have agreed to the expensive additive! Not happy!

Awesome service. I came in just after lunch time and their was one rep upset about not being able to eat yet. Completely understandable but from a management stand point unacceptable.as a customer I should not of been subjected to the complaining or cursing even if it wasn't directed at me personally. Overall an exceptional experience.

I bought this certified pre-owned car, brought it in to get some lights fixed which were not working when I brought it and the sales agent was notified immediately. I brought my car in for a 9:00 AM appointment; and it ended up that I had to call the salesman myself to get him to answer his phone to get approval for my repair. When I explained that we had noticed my battery cables were also corroded (this doesn’t happen in less than a month) my inquiry to also have this fixed was ignored by the salesman. Then at 11:30 AM I went up to the desk and asked for the progress of my vehicle as I had a 1:00 PM appointment. No one knew what was happening with my vehicle and I was advised to get a ride to my appointment. At approximately 1:30 I received a message my car was ready. It was explained to me it was a fuse. REALLY, a fuse takes 3 hours to replace?! My dad is a mechanic I know it takes like 2 minutes. And now I’m having lock issues where my car doesn’t appear to be staying locked. I’m testing to see what might be happening with that. But it wasn’t doing it before I brought the car in. So I’m not sure if it’s related. And then it’s a whole week to the day that I actually get a text from the service department saying my car has been serviced and is ready to be picked up. I thought really, I thought it was in the parking lot, and laughed showing it to my friends at work. So you tell me, how was my service?

First I have asked numerous times to have my info updated......****-****-xxxx is my number....Charles not Ellen. As for the service, I made an appointment to have the work done I needed because I was told it would be quicker and easier. So I did as requested by the service rep. You had my car from 8:30 and did not finish it until 6:30 pm and the service was done correctly, my rear brake pads were not installed as I asked. So I had to come back the next day. Then when I came back in your service department made absolutely zero effort to rectify the issue they caused. They just took my car and my $175. So while the work was eventually done, no I am not happy that it took your service department 12 hours to install 4 tires, change out the brake pads and do an oil change...that is not good in my estimation.

Like in the past the service, the shuttle driver and service advisor provided an exceptional experience. Tire techs did a nice clean job, shuttle driver was very friendly and dealing with Jennifer McCullough the service advisor was an extreme pleasure, the lady knows her stuff and doesn't make someone feel "dumb" if a mistake is made like stating a tire size. I will be calling her for any future appointments. But don't get me wrong I have yet to have a bad experience with any of your service advisors. Thank you,
