I do hope the issue has been completely resolved thus time. This is the second time it has been repaired.
The inside was not cleaned well or very little. The dash, center console and seats were not touched. Thank you.

Baught this truck just a couple weeks over a month going on two months on the 28th. Frustrated that I need new brakes and rotors on rear in months time, along with front diff and rear diff oils changed, coolant change that failed plus fuel service that has to be all changed over including tires need replaced. Bought extended warranty on it at 123k miles has 128k with first oil change. And on your guys inspection on truck needs to be fixed. When buying it should have had 175 degree inspection done before selling for safety of family and others out on road. I'm a truck driver and do inspections daily in accordance with government DOT inspections breaks and rotors alone is a automatic out of service. Really disappointed in the inspection before selling to a customer. Before I forget all ready had truck towed back 3 weeks after buying due to the fuse at post of battery and the battery itself was junk. Couldn't start it. Really upset about buying a new truck with bad battery oils need serviced and all ready a break down due to a crap battery. Services for inspections before sale epic fail. Love the truck... hate being screwed over...

Scheduled recall appt. a week in advance. I had given the recall notice and VIN number when I made the appt. dropped my vehicle off ... told it would take all day for repairs and told no shuttle service so I walked/ ran(took almost an hour) home. I arrived home and almost immediately called by service manager that the part needed to be ordered for recall repair and I would have to bring it in again on a different day. Seriously, I had to waste 2 days for a part that was not available even though I had scheduled a week in advance ??!! The service manager was nice but.... why waste MY time and energy if you didnt even bother to order the part in the first place??!! I WOULD like an explanation on that!!! I gave you the information that was needed... why am I coming back in for a part that should have been ordered already???!!!! Please do not tell me it was VIN specific ... you could still have the part ready to go without wasting my time..... and no shuttle service

I was told to take my custom seat covers off which was quite a hassle and it did not look like they touched my seats which were not filthy but did have some dust/dirt. And they advertise It as being “detailed” but they inside was virtually untouched. The outside looks great it shines like new still has a few scrates but could be worse.

I was disappointed in myself for not trying to charge my battery first. I really thought it was the starter. I paid $109 for you guys to charge my battery part way. Good customer service tho.
