I took my 2016 truck in to get a flash update so my integrates teailer brake would work. Aside from paying $135 for a simple flash update for something that shouldn’t have gone wrong on my 2016 Ram, I had to pay an extra $11 for “environmental supplies”. I questioned this when I paid, doesn’t make sense for a flash update. I can see if I had an oil change, used rags, left old tires... would like to see what environmental supplies were used to plug a computer into a port on my truck. Pretty ridiculous
The last two years has been awful with Auffenburg. I will continue with my maintenance plan until I find another suitable vehicle. Howeve, after that I will never patronize your business again!

8 am appt for tires and oil change, didn't get notified car ready til after 3. Cost me half days work. No checklist about car inspection results.
I came in for a recall involving wiring with the steering wheel. I leave and my AC is blowing hot air out.

Im highly dissatisfied. I have taken my vehicle to this same place and each time nothing was done. I had to call Jeep customer service in order to have something done further to my vehicle and needless to say it’s still not fixed. Each time I took it they ran out The gas and didn’t put what they used back in the tank. Each time they forgot I needed a vehicle to drive home because they was keeping my Jeep. I always had to bring my Jeep back and rescheduled for another day. Poor !!!!!!!
