The service was great, but the wait time was way longer than I was originally told. It would have been nice to have known that it was going to take so much extra time, then I could have planned accordingly. I do understand stuff happens though that is out of control.

I bought a new Ram. During the test drive there was an obvious vibration coming from the drivedrain or wheels. After two service attempts there is still a vibration coming between 60 & 70 mph. I wonder if it comes from the shocks? Anyway, brand new truck, shouldn’t have problems with the ride quality. This further adds to the disappointment I have since finding a dent in my truck from the day I bought it. The dealer has since ignored me on this. The service, however, has been outstanding. Bryan is great and seems genuinely concerned with my issues

When I brought my vehicle to the dealership and I have identified a specific problem with my Jeep to service personnel along with the oil change, they informed me that the right daylight run was operational. That was not the case the right daylight run light was still inoperable. It takes only a visual inspection to tell determine if the light works. It is very disappointing because the dealership usually does a good job in identifying problems. But with a simple visual inspection of a light, they cannot do at this time.

I asked if you still offered free car washes and was told, "sure thing, that's no problem". And yet when I arrived to pick up my van, it hadn't been washed. On the upside it was finished in a timely manner this time, well before the time I had stated I needed my vehicle finished.
