As always, Brian is awesome. Even if I call in at the last minute, he makes sure all my needs are met in a timely manner. He greets me with a smile and actually remembers my name!! He’s always knowledgeable and never tries to sale anything I don’t need. He’s honest and fair! I only bring my vehicle to Cerritos Nissan because of Brian !!

Time is very important esp if you have a child to pick up from school. My appt was at 11am, which is the time i arrived. Was told it would be 1 1/2 hour. I did not leave until after 2 and did not even receive a car wash which I was told. Very disappointed.
