I always ask ifBrian is available when making my appointments. He is professional, courteous, and trust he is keeping any repairs ect.. honest and truthful. He really does try to get me in and out as fast as possible and is truthful about wait times. He also keeps me updated on progress and times and answers any questions fully. You kept my car for six days and didn't fix it. And my car was dirty from the rain and it wasn't washed, after I paid $2000+ for something else.
