My first impression of the representative that helped me this morning was awkward. No greeting whatsoever. The fact that he started with “ what can I do for you?” Is not a proper greeting. It was too early in the morning to argue about weather I had a special on my service I got done last time compared to today. Yesterday I spoke to someone over the phone and they gave me a different rate for the service than the one I was charged today. So I decided to cancel the other service I was going to get done- which is my transmission fluid. The guy was too confusing for me.

This was my vehicles 10,000 check up and my 2nd opportunity to visit with your team at Nissan of Cerritos. You can rest assured that your Cerritos Team perform at a more than satisfactory level when it comes to competence and professionalism, in so doing they also inspire confidence. So glad I live and work close by this location and only wish I had purchased my Nissan there, because when it cones to integrity your dealership representatives at theTorrance location don't get it done nor do they as a team effort goes try to.
