Mr. Vargas was helpful and answered all my questions. Came for oil change and I knew I needed new tires so I was given a good price by Mr. Vargas and I went with Nissan. I was offered Uber to get back home. I am happy with the service

I had some money stolen out of the ash tray in My car by the console. Now it was only $10. But it’s the principle that I could not leave $10 in my car and it still be there when I return. Suppose it was other personal information or something else valuable to me. I’m disappointed more then anything. Because I like the service I receive. And Janie is always excellent.

The service with Jaime was great like always. He goes above and beyond to help his customers, even on his day off. Nissan however, needs a lot of work. The car rental department is a disaster. Never again will I get a car rental from Nissan. I have never experienced such incompetence from a company. The lack of care I received from that department was astonishing.
