Shawn was wonderful. The service staff was not their normal prompt and helpful selves. I waited over 20 minutes after paying for my car, wasn’t washed which Shawn offered but I couldn’t wait longer. The person servicing my car left all of his Covid garbage in there and was sitting there for 2 minutes while I waited. It was honestly all very annoying. Shawn did his best but the rest of it was frustrating.

Melissa Grasso was very rude in her message delivery and even rolled her eyes. That’s the customer service at Saratoga Honda. There is no need to take customer response or preference personally and treat them poorly.

Addressed my issue promptly, with great consideration. More staff could be better about keeping their masks on (my service staff were great though) - noticed a lot of other dangling masks in service area

Shawn and Nick did a great job. I was disappointed with how the mechanic attempted to fix the hood alignment. The mechanic tried to hide the problem resulting in both sides of the hood not sealing properly. Very, very disappointed with this service.

Everything went smoothly, Was a bit disappointed that there were no snacks or anything to drink while waiting in the lobby ,but I did see that it was because of A politician, and nothing to do with your dealership.
