Shawn Higgins was amazing. However, when he was off yesterday (Friday), I received no updates until 3pm and I believe that was only because I called at noon and spoke to Tom and they were having trouble understanding and finding the problem. They had already had two people test drive it. My 2020 Pilot arrived on Thursday before 3pm via flatbed per a decision Shawn and I thought was safest!!!! Why didn’t they call me if they had questions or couldn’t hear what I did? It seemed to me Tom had very little idea of why it was there which I find odd since Shawn had taken good notes. I had to tell Tom I wasn’t picking it up till the brakes, rotors etc were fully inspected because that is what had been the issue. Tom decided to keep it and have it driven again Saturday morning and would call with an update. At 2:45pm Saturday I again had to call for an update and was told Tom would call right back. At 3:45 I called again and was told I was being transferred to him and was sent to a voicemail. At 3:52 I was called by Tom and told they couldn’t find anything and I could pick it up or leave it and they would try again Monday. Since you had it for 2.5 days at this point I saw no reason to leave it any longer and had less than an hour to pick it up (I live 40 mins away). Both days I spoke to Tom he lacked the customer service skills I would expect and come to trust/love about Saratoga honda and this treatment is one of the many reasons we left Mohawk Honda. When I spoke with Shawn picking it up Saturday he was again sincere and amazing. However, when we pulled out of the parking lot and tried to make a call I found my phone had been deleted completely as well as all my radio presets. I find this odd since it was there because the brakes seized. Shawn is looking into this issue as I called back and spoke to him right before you closed for the weekend.

Tom communicated everything to me very clearly & consistently while our vehicle was with you for several days. He worked with an external (tire) vendor to get us a warrantied credit. Tom is a Pleasant professional guy and is a big reason why we choose to continue having our Pilot service’s at Saratoga Honda. Thank you Tom!
