75 minutes for a NYS inspection is too long. With an appointment, it should take no longer than 30 minutes.

It was great to see the excellent safety measures taken upon arrival and during the drop-off process. Cameron explained what was going to be done, how long it should take and an approximate time for when the service would be completed. After receiving a call advising me that the service was completed,the pick up process was quick and easy, with the car returned clean and all service items taken care of. No better place for Honda Service then Saratoga Honda!
