Saratoga Honda was awesome when I drive in unannounced when a series of warning lights appeared on my dashboard. They quickly told me the electronic panel was malfunctioning. They ordered a new one and replaced it at no charge. Vickie was my service rep. and was great on coordinating my repair and getting me to work.

The service was exceptional. My issue is with the waiting area. People took off their masks to eat. I wouldn't go to a restaurant so I didn't sign up for that exposure. I ended up sitting outside in the cold. If I have to return I plan on layering up as I do not feel safe in your waiting area.

Everybody was really great my car drives really nice and tight now my only concern was there was a tall man in a aqua shirt that came in from the right through the glass doors the front part of the building to the service area where the desks were then he went through the door to that where the cars are part where the keys are in a box his mask had valves on it but he might as well not be wearing a mask because the mask with valves are dangerous all they do is expel his air out to everybody else so if he's sick he's going to make everyone else sick. They make it easier to breathe because they don't work right there for construction not for keeping people healthy. I don't think a lot of people know this.
