My service was completed in a reasonable time, not that it mattered because I had a loaner. Also happy to learn the service department is open til 7pm

Great service and communication. When washing the Odyssey’s. Please take a moment to wash the top of the back window. It never gets cleaned because of the overhang on the 2016 model.
