Cam was very helpful with any questions I had. He was polite and professional. Thank you Cam! The only complaint I have is maybe to communicate to the outsourced tow company, to tell the customer the bill will be dealt with through Saratoga Honda instead of saying the fee has been taken care of. I know this isn’t Saratoga Honda’s fault, but maybe they could ask the company they use explain to the customer that they’ll be billed directly through your company. Otherwise happy with our experience with Saratoga Honda and their whole team.
