Car runs great and I appreciate the car wash. I also like not having to make an appointment. I was only in town for a day and got my CRV serviced. In 2 hours.

They broke the nut on my tire. They did give me a loner and drop my car off in the morning, but I had to ask for them to bring it to me. Also, 2 people in waiting room were not wearing a mask and I felt very uncomfortable.

I was very satisfied with my appointment. When I called to make the appointment they took me in right away. I was kept informed and updated. My tire was replaced and all was checked thru, Vicky told me what was done and asked if there was anything else I needed. I also appreciated the car wash. Very satisfied with my service received. I have confidence with Saratoga Honda’s Service and have been for many year’s now. Thank you.
