As always Brian set the right expectation before I Arrived. Once there I was greeted immediately by my first name which always makes you feel very welcomed. My vehicle was in and out with all service completed promptly and properly.

I can’t even begin to tell you how much I appreciate having Saratoga Honda in my neighborhood. How did I get this lucky to have such an excellent business establishment 1.8 miles from where I live? This morning I was on my way to Long Island when my tire pressure air light showed on the dashboard. In a panic, even though I was running ON TIME (not early by any stretch of the way) I was forced to make this stop. I explained my situation to the greeter and then the employee behind the counter. Do you know that I was blown away 110% when they had my car on the lift, checked all of my wheels, and added a little air to each tire...IN RECORD TIMING. I believe that seven minutes after I had given Honda my keys they were being given right back to me. So if you want to know what I think of this caring, amazing, and very professional staff...it is easy to recognize that this level of excellence is the character of the company. This is my second time in this week (the other time was with my husband’s Honda) and it is no different than any other time I have been in for servicing a vehicle; when you aim for the sky...you are thought to be a star yourself. Speaking of which, I give Saratoga Honda five stars for all they do to make the customer even feel like he or she is shining ever so bright. Thanks Saratoga Honda. It is your doing that I was able to have a safe and stress free trip to get to my job today. Happy Holidays.

The person who greeted me inside the garage and took the mileage, etc was very courteous and professional. I accidentally walked in the the desk with my car key and he came and got it and didn’t make me feel the slightest bit stupid fro having not left it in the car: he had a very nice way about him. Friendly and kind. The lady at the desk was nice too. I appreciated that she ran the prices on the keys before so I wasn’t left with sticker shock! When she came to tell me the keys were done, she was very polite when she saw I was on the phone and told me to take my time and didn’t seem offended when I had to stay on y he call with the doctors office while she rang me up.
