The female service advisor acknowledged me as soon as I got there, which was good. Shawn was my advisor and he was helpful. I noticed all the staff- everyone I saw- was wearing their masks properly, which made waiting not as scary. ????

Really appreciated Melissa taking me to the mechanic working on my car and the mechanic who showed me wear factors underneath the car - key in my deciding to buy a new car! Thank you to them and to management allowing me to see the car in the service bay
