I have some important appointments that I need to keep and need my vehicle to get to them. I appreciate that Bob understood that and got me in and took care of the issues with my vehicle right away and in an expedited way.
The service was fulfilled in the time expected. The service advisor kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle and some things that will need to be addressed in the future.

I had a shredded tire and a damaged rim.Bob got my car in right away and did a thorough check on the undercarriage and the other tires as I had run over a motorcycle that had been dropped on the road. He got me a loaner and I was back on the road by the end of the day. Rim had to be ordered, but they had everything all put back together and is running perfect. This is why I have been a customer at Northeast Acura for 31 years.
