I was not informed when my service was completed until I asked 2 people if they would check to see where my car was. It was 11:30 am and the paperwork was time stamped as completed at 10:08. First time ever for this issue. Hopefully it was a one off. Thank you.

Sabrina was extremely courteous. It was a pleasure having her as my service advisor. My questions and concerns were addressed in a professional and timely manner. Also, while the service was performed, it was great to be able to do some work in a very pleasant waiting room environment.
