The rear bumper was loose and hanging due to missing screws. Mr. Mcgrath took in my car and promptly fixed it nicely and free of charge. I appreciate it very much. Thank you.

I was not informed when my service was completed until I asked 2 people if they would check to see where my car was. It was 11:30 am and the paperwork was time stamped as completed at 10:08. First time ever for this issue. Hopefully it was a one off. Thank you.
