As usual Robert took care of the issues I was concerned about. He advised me that two issues were covered under my warranty. He took care of the B1 and B2 matters and explained each area in the sheet, including some upcoming things I will need to do. Excellent and personable service from Robert. He is great.

I must tell you Sabrina is really gracious on the phone and even better in person. I am caring for this vehicle that belongs to my brother. It has been serviced at only Acura Dealershiis downstate. Battery went dead… told by other dealer too much trouble to do paperwork for remaining warranty. Alarm went off when used key. Sabrina schooled me over phone to silence. Bought new compatable battery and replaced myself. Three weeks later went dead again so made appointment in Latham. Knew something not right. Left vehicle with Sabrina who again was articulate and courteous! I was correct will need two parts replaced one causing dead battery. Not identified by downstate dealer. Since not my vehicle needed permission to spend $ funds to repair. I will return next week for service repair . I truly appreciate her knowledge and support. I am almost 80 years old. I have a Honda CRV with 182, 000 which is the vest car I have ever owned. My brothers MDX is bigger different and more high tech. I appreciate HER and your dealership. See you soon for follow up . I would like to know the timeframe of my back ordered parts since I’m driving around with no radio. I could at least get radio before I brought in for repair.

I have been an Acura owner since 2011 and Bob has been my service technician for at least the last three years and he truly represents Customer experience! Bob is always very professional, he knows his customers and honestly I don’t think I would trust anyone more with my vehicle !

The paperwork said the car was washed and vacuumed.If that is true you need Either a new vacuum, better trained employees or more oversight and better Supervision of the work that is being done

Robert was exceptionally personable and friendly. It was evident that he had strong mechanical knowledge which gave us a sense of confidence that the issue would be handled well and that he would advocate for us with the tech team. He is a knowledgeable, relatable, responsive people-person. That’s exactly the kind of service rep you’d want representing your dealership. And that’s who we will be looking for next time. Northeast Acura should treat him very well and I hope his above and beyond performance is being recognized by his management.
