Sabrina was not my service provider and I will not allow her to assist me if I return to NE Acura to service my vehicle. Bob McGrath was excellent, knows his job, and was professional enough to listen to my issues with Sabrina. I have never experienced a contentious service appointment but Sabrina questioning my “25k service appointment” made it a first. I am seriously unimpressed with Sabrina and super impressed with Bob’s knowledge, polish, and customer service skills. Thank you.

Sabrina and Travis delivered exceptional service and were dedicated to making sure I understood every charge on my bill, and part of the process. They were not frustrated when they had to go the extra mile even when they weren’t on the clock. My tahoe is ice cold now thanks to the work that was done by the service department and although I do t want another issue with my truck. I am wholly confident that if there is a problem, the team at acura will take care of any issue with speed and efficiency.
